Dont do it. Not only will she lose respect for you as a boss and challenge your authority, but there will be alot of jealousy going on in her co workers because it is impossible to hide this sort of thing.

Of course it is acceptable if you are both single. Just keep in mind how things will work at your store if you "hook up". Will you treat her differently to other employees? Will she take advantage of your new relationship while at work? Also think of the consequences of the relationship not working out. Will you fire her? Will she try and get back at you professionally? Will you be comfortable working with each other if you stop seeing each other?

NEVER mix business and pleasure! It is for your own good. We have a strict rule at my office, any two employees that get involved romantically are automatically fired. It is in our"office guidelines" because 75 % of the time it does not go good.

No it's not. Once everything goes sour it will be awkward for everyone involved to even work together. And you the employee might even make her life a living hell. And she, she's going to feel embarrased, her colleagues will be gossiping about her and they'll think she was trashy and so on. So no don't do it.

NO! NOPE! NEVER! How else can I
say it!!! That would be BAD BAD BAD!
Not in a good way. R you in a relationship already?
It spells trouble. Try and think of her farting or picking
her nose! If you can't help it fire her first then you can screw!!
Making her your girlfriend instead of your employee, this might be cheaper in the long run.

Go for it. If she wont play the game, you can always threaten to fire her, that always works if they want the job. (lots of people would love to be in this position but are scared to say it, come on)

Not unless you got a career plan for her...One question, how do you intend to fire her when things got ugly? Be it work related or you've grown tired of her?

sure. Why not?
Provided that both feels the same way.
Did she also confessed she was attracted to you?
Maybe she can be your business partner in future.
