i installed the new fllashplayer (v.9....)i updated my sound card.
what i hear is the digital sound of my pc.
2 days ago i couldnt access my volume control mixer (the normal windows volume control) cause of an error "no mixing devices are installed".now it opens.
windows xp sp2
c-media 97 sound card

Restore your system back to the last time that you could hear and use your volume control.. that will fix the problem for now.. then make sure that you update one step at a time.. and see what might have caused the problem... drivers sometimes have problems co existing.. they over lay each other.
