You don't need to fix anything!!! Being sweet is part of your personality and you shouldn't have to change for anyone, speaking from experience it will only make you unhappy. If she can't appreciate you for the person you are then maybe it's time to focus your energy on someone who will?
Anyway good luck and just for the record give me a sweet guy anyday bad boys are SO overrated!!!!

Ouch you're officially in friends only territory ...Thats a girls way of saying you're not the type they would date.. but you would be great for a girls night out of watching the Notebook and gossiping about what so and so wore.
All i can suggest is be yourself and find a girl who likes nice guys or pretend to be a bad a$$ and pick up some bad habits and start swearing like a sailor and pinching every a$$ you see lol

Sweet is always good. Any chick with a brain really digs it. But passive is bad - that is what "too sweet " is. You are passive, always listening to what she has to say, never talking about yourself, never asking her to do things YOU want to do. Chicks like guys who take control and initiate things. If you don't do this, you are "too sweet".
Be more active. Spend more time moving toward the things you want, even if it means sliding your hand under her skirt.

oh i say that to people all the time it is just a saying...it means you are very sweet and they like that you are sweet...i also tell people they are too kind, I hope this helps.
