The thing is this, I have gained a large amount of weight very fast. And I need to get it off in the next month and a half. I have been exercising and dieting and the weight is not coming off. Any tips on being anorexic seriously short term then its all eating healthy.

I'm not a doctor, but that's probably not the best way to lose weight. Why don't you just work out.

Hey, guess what people... I don't know what body types you all have but shut the **** up already! Not everybody has health insurance or can AFFORD see a doctor, much less buy DIET PILLS or see a ******* PERSONAL TRAINER! You are the ones who are stupid!
Yes, I AM making this personal because I gave up on losing weight years ago for these reasons. I am at an age where I should not be this fat yet and I know that it's in my genes to not be able to lose weight through diet and excercise. I mean, it works a litlle tiny bit but overall I can't lose more than 10 pounds!
AS FOR THE QUESTION: Ask people in your family how they ever lost weight, or if you have no family, like me, then ask people who look like you. Genetics are a huge part of it, but you're going to need a little money to make this work, however you do it. But PLEASE ASK first so you don't get frustrated and give up when your first attempts fail, like I did. And now I have no money to see a doctor about it. Learn from me.

If you ever new anyone unfortunate enough to have this disease you would never ask such a stupid Question, I on the other hand do know someone that lost that much weight she became bones with the skin dragged over it, and died within 2yrs.
Obviously you are very immature, and have not even looked into what someone goes though as an Anorexic, nor what there family feels like either watching there daughter in most cases fade away till they leave the planet.
Geeeeeeeeeee. Grow up, there is worse in life than to need to loose a few pounds, and obviously youre not exercising enough or getting professional help, You need it bad to be asking such a stupid Question

This method will make you lose mostly water and will more than likely make you gain more fat. The less you eat the more calories your body will conserve!

It may take your body 3-4 weeks to start losing excess fat on a healthy diet and exercise plan. Take some green tea extract tablets or capsules before two of your daily meals, to boost your metabolism.

anorexia is a serious disorder involving the mind. it is not short term. if you lose a large amount of weight very quickly and then stop dieting, you will just gain it back. the solution is, calories. simple math: take in less than you burn. if you exercize, calculate how many extra you burn. if not, you can probably lose weight if you take in like less than a thousand calories a day, for a female. gradual weightloss is more likely to be permanent. don't over do it.

just don't eat or purge and then die or be smart and start a diet and live, maybe become a vegetarian, eat grapefruit, drink water and juices daily, eat vegetables, eat less carbs, sugar, fat, calories and calories from fat, make sure you exercise daily about 30m at least 3 times a day, eat about 1200 calories a day. There are 3500 calories in a pound, you eat that and you gain a pound. Go to the links I provided below hope it all works out!

I once was anorexic i lost 25 kilos
i started by reducing the amount of food i ate very fast instead of gradually i ended up "eating" twice a day - black tea and two slices of bread per meal because i lost my appetite completly.
the end product was a sickly looking me n permanent damage 2 my intestines now i cant take anything made of wheat floor n when i do it doesnt end well.

Well first off it is totally impossible ,unless you have a serious medical condition, not to lose weight when dieting and excercising. Plus yes you may lose weight initially from starving yourself, but you will gain it back very fast and probably more than you started because starving yourself decreases your metabolism and makes your body store any calories that you do it. My advice is try a low calorie diet, and excercise moderately. 3500 calories equals one pund of fat. Please be smart

Are you kidding me??!!! That is totally stupid. Anorexia is a disease not a diet. Go and talk to a personal trainer and a dietician if you are not losing weight. Sorry to be so blunt, but you need to give your head a shake.
