Hi there...whenever I see his questions I just report him for harrassment. Eventually, if all of us do this as well Yahoo Answers will ban him from that user account and then he'll have to set up another new account to bug us again. Yahoo Answers needs to implement a system to make people lose points for posting bad questions and let the answerers rate them to determine if they should have an account after so many negative ratings...something similar at least.

Yeah, it kind of sounds like a friend of mine. My friend does things like that too, it's because he thinks it's fun and because he has nothing better to do. This Guy, uh, 'Nooooooo', might be like that too. A so called annoying kid isn't always out to be mean, sometimes he just does it to see what people say. And I must admit, he got a pretty good reaction from some of you guys, lol!
P.S.
Of course on the other hand he could be just a jerk looking for attention, lol. Ignore him I say.

This user is what some would call a troll. He's trolling for responses to his posts.
Everytime he posts, he knows that he will get responses from people and he knows this. Those responses get him off. He is enjoying our disgust at him and he's thrilled.
Everytime he posts, do not respond to his thread and report him for trolling and harrassment. Sooner or later, Yahoo will remove him from this community for trolling behavior.
Please do not respond to his posts. It is for your own good not to respond and give him his glory. Even posting this thread got him smiling knowing that he got people angry at him, he doesn't care what we think only that he got his jollies off and he will keep doing it till no one cares to respond to his posts he will find something else to do.
Ignore his threads and treat him like what he is - someone not worthy of our attention. He will try to get us to respond to his threads but don't he will not post anything good.
