Ok so i'm like really nervous because i'm gonna ask the guy i like out to the school dance and literally i've never done that!! So what if he says no? Am i gonna be humiliated? He's the most popular guy so he'll say yes to (hot) girls. Some guys think i'm hot but this is the most popular guy so i'm taking a risk here.I shouldn't be nervous its just a school dance but i am. How can i build my self confidence?

Life is about taking risk, go ahead and take one go ahead ,ask him out, do in when it's just the two of you if he says no then it's his lost , come to the dance looking hotter than ever and when he speaks or approaches you just be calm cool and collective and say hi and keep moving !!!

You have to conquer your fears. If you let yourself get humiliated by his rejection, of course you will get humiliated. If he just says yes to 'hot' girls, then he is prick for not opening his eyes. Just be yourself, don't stutter, show that your care. You got this girl, you can do it!

well if he does say no just remember if he doesn't want to spend time with you then he isn't worth it and there are better guys out in the world who would love to go to a dance with you

just ask him...it won't hurt to try and plus it's not you're asking him to marry you...it's just a school dance
and if he says no...think optimistically...there's plenty of other fishes
