Sounds nasty.
Sounds like a bacterial infection.
The sticky stuff are most likely dead white blood cells mixed with the flakes of dead skin.
My guess is you are lacking some key components in your diet.
Certain vitamins and minerals, or you take an excess of one of them.
Read up and study about Omega 3 and 6 , and what food sources or supplements have them.
These oils are essential for healthy skin.
First, find a natural product to to wash your hair and clean your scalp with, to kill the little buggers.
Then practice good hygiene.
Change and wash your pillow case more often.
Maybe part of this manifestation is buried in your un-conscious.
Some male ever blow a load in your hair ?
You have much work ahead of yourself.
It is your body learn how to take care of it.

it sound like "cradle cap". Mix some carb soda with water into a paste, then apply. Wait half hour or so then rinse off.
Or it could be psorisisfor which there is no cure, but it can be controlled. Use tar products, eg Ironal T shampoo and conditioner . Ego products are excellent

Sounds like psoriasis. You can get it anywhere on your body but it is most prevalent on the scalp. They have OTC shampoos for it or you can get your family doc to write you a script for it if it is really bad and maybe insurance will pay for it. Hope this helps.
