I have a thanksgiving family reunion, and I haven't seen any of these people for 1 year! I want to look slimmer and I totally procrastinated! What's the best, fastest way to lose weight? I also have weight loss pills should I take them? Thanks for taking time to answer my question!

They say it's safest to lose only 1 or 2 pounds a week. I know that seems slow, but it's really the healthiest. That said, most people usually lose more than that, maybe about 5 pounds, the first week they change how they eat and exercise, so it's possible for you to lose between 10 - 15 pounds in this time. It might not sound like much, but you'll be surprised. And go by how your clothes fit, not what the scale says, I bet if you lose that much you might even drop a size by then. Good Luck.

If you are currently drinking any type of soft drinks, diet or otherwise..STOP now!! These put on the empty calories and sugar we do not need. I lost 5 pounds in just about a week and 1/2 by quitting cold turkey drinking Dr Peppers. I drank about 2-3 at the time I stopped. I picked up the water bottles and carried them everywhere so I would not get the urge to drinik sodas! Also cut out more of the breads for the next few weeks and that will help. Add fruits and veggies to your daily meals. I carried around the 100 cal snacks to get me buy when I felt the urge to nibble. I just ate a few at a time. I still had a sensible dinner with my family, just watched portion control. And if you are not doing some kind of walking or exercise start light and work your way up. But most of all I would quit the sodas.

i do not know how old you are but weight watchers is GREAT i lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks on the diet. GET THE FLEX PLAN becaus you can still eat what you want a loose weight. YOU get so many points a day i have 24 points and each food is a certain point. It is working for me so i would try that you will loose weight. or you can go to kraftfoods.com and go under free meal planner they will give you how many calories you can have per day and they go by age and your body frame and this is totally free and they give you recipes you can have according to your calories you can have per day. They give you exercises you can do also

u can lose a lot of ur kilos in 5 weeks but that's not desirable. maximum of 3-4 is okay tho'. i wud suggest u to go for crash diet and exercise instead of pills. these r harmful.
wy dont u try out an outfit that gives u a slimmer look, u can even wear black. carry urself very well, b confident, vivacious, vibrant and thoughtful.
