Advantages:
1. You become aware of what you eat. You now have a plan for a balanced diet of the greens and the meat. Dont miss out the protein.
2. You also know you dietary allowance versus what you eat. You now know your calorie servings and how much time you need to burn it out on a thread mill

When you know that you are eating good you feel good and if you feel good you will look good.

Disadvantages:
You become choosy in your foods. You may be spending more because most of the food you need is in the restaurant menu not on fastfood. You may be forced to cook ( which can be a good thing as well)

Symptoms of use - less money for other "luxuries" with your take home pay. Symptoms of Misuse - Just as fat as before Get a life and the problem will take care of itself!

there's lots either way. depends on the diet. i say eat healthy, but do it all in moderation. Have a well rounded diet, not too restricted, unless it's medical. And if you want a cookie, have one...not five...and only once in a while. A healthy diet is good because it gives your body all the nutrients it needs to stay healthy and functioning correctly!!!
