Know the guy from work. Hooked up after a party. Cuddled and such throughout the night and the next morning- had a lot of fun. But didn't talk about what had happened or if we were gonna see each other again. And he didn't kiss me goodbye. Also hasn't called me. Good sign or bad?

Prob bad, it could also mean that he doesn't want you to think that a relationship will stem from what happend. Give this some time, but sometimes when a guy has feelings for you and after he "cuddles" with you and etc he is usually excited to see you, call you, Kiss you, and b/c he did not well could mean that he is not interested in taking things further
Then again he could also be feeling a bit uncomfortable about the whole situation maybe everything happend to fast 4 him

Bad...if he hasn't called you by now then you were most probably just a one-night stand for him....sorry if it hurts but that seems like the case here....forget him....move on

its a good sign that you are easy and a bad sign that you dont/wont admit it to yourself and are just justifying your actions until one day you wake up empty, except for regrets.
PS: hes had his cake, and ate it too, and now has no motivation to be a decent guy to you, except to try and get a second piece of cake
