.....I bet that you (christians) have sinned more than I have.

Why do (some of) you assume that since I have no god in my life that I am immoral and "living in sin"? How ignorant

I don't care about "sin" but I have compassion for other humans, I don't need religion to give me a reason to be goodwilled toward other people, LOL i don't care if you think I will burn in hell, I am a good guy regardless what you think

Since you are atheist (wisely) you do not subscribe to the bible. The action of "sinning" is only applicable in the context of the Judeo-Christian systems. Other religions do not refer to violation of their tenets as sins.

As for being morally and ethically virtuous, principled, kind and compassionate, I find I have more of these qualities in my atheistic little toenail than the "holier than thou" Christians have in their 2 billion collective bodies.

I don't need a musty old rulebook written by ignorant sheep herders to know how to be a good human being, and neither do you.

I am a christian and do not automatically assume that atheists are immoral. There are many people who don't believe in God but live good, moral lives by human standards - better than some who claim to be christians.

I have sinned - I surely admit that. I have lied, been rebellious and I have broken Gods laws. Even if I thought I had lived a perfect life I would still not meet Gods perfect standards. He is the only truly good and perfect one.

This is why I need Jesus. I have broken Gods Laws and He has paid the price for my sin.

I pray that you will understand that a true christian is not a self righteous and arrogant person who thinks that they are better than you. A true christian is a sinner who has humbled themselves before God and accepted His free gift of salvation - a person who has changed the course of their life, repented and is striving to be like Jesus through the power of the holy spirit.

Guess what dumba ss, Christians also make mistakes but since we have a conscience we can ask for forgiveness and learn to not do it again. You obviously are not a true atheist because you care so much about the fact you could be "living in sin" that you ask this question.

Ignorant is not being open minded, so before you call all the other God-believing Christians ingorant you should tell yourself that same thing.

May God Bless You, I'll pray for you tonight.

Romans 3:23 says "all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."

It's quite possible I have sinned more than you. As a fallible human I have done many things in my life of which I am not proud. The big difference between you and me is I have recognized that I am a sinner and I have asked God to forgive me of my sins.

I am a sinner saved by grace and you can be too.

John 3:16
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

All have sinned & come short of the glory of God. Rom. 3:23 & The wages of sin is death (eternal death) Rom. 6:23.
It's not the number of sins one has commited.
Once you have sinned then you have the death penalty facing you. Rom. 6:23 And no matter how good you live the rest of your life you can't erase that penalty. That is where the blood of Jesus Christ puts us back of track. True christians then must try to life free of sin but they will still sin but not as often.
If I get a speeding ticket & then start obeying the speed limit laws it will not erase the speeding ticket that I got.
A judge may let you out of your speeding ticket but God will judge fairly & if your sins aren't repented of by asking God for forgiveness, then your reward will be death by being cast into the lake of fire!

I agree, just because you are athiest does not mean you are immoral or living as a sinner. But as Christians, we believe that we all fall short of the glory of God including Christians and there for are sinful. Most humans are sinful by nature (due to the falling of Adam and Eve), including myself. The beauty of Christianity is that Jesus died so that our sins may be forgiven, even yours. If Christians are judging you as you say then they will also be judged accordingly.

That is ignorant because they can't think. They have to look in a book or ask the minister if someone is right or wrong.

I am not christian, but there is a god. If you don't think so, that is your decision. We all will go to the same place.

I asked them a question once about why they think everyone else is going to hell because Jesus said the the man beside him on the cross that he would see him in heaven. I just got told I was basically full of it. One person said "he didn't say see, he said meet." and acted like it was two different things.

Yes i sin, but I know I need help. And this world, is useless, the knowledge men have gained through science to explain our origins, I would have expected a better lie from the Devil but i guess our minds are so easy to mislead the Devil just slacked off. It is too easy to mislead, the Devil laughs, i mean look how he got the Germans and he got King David, he got me and he got you, he is just going around so easily because of our unbelief. this world is all messed up, what else do you need a lighting bolt to soar across the sky and write your name? We need Jesus, we just can't do this on our own and the more we try, the worse things will be for our children.
I know I need help so I ran to the Lord and surrendered my life, why, because i was a tool for the evil of satan and this world.

Would a moral and sinless human being be on a religious forum telling every one about themselves? My answer would be NO! I wouldn't be telling or trying to prove anything because I would have a life and obviously you don't! How SAD!

Edit: This is a religious forum,I belong HERE, you Don't! What the Hell is ur excuse? You don't have a clue or an excuse!

Before coming to Jesus, the savor of my soul, ya I sinned an was very good at it because I did not know any better,
but now, I do not let Satan have control of my mind, an my body to have me sin against God like I use to because I did not know any better.
But when God spoke to me and told me I was sinning and that he created hell for Satan and his angles, well I tell you I cleaned up my act, due to hell was made real to me,
I had a over dose, and died, ya, God woke me up by showing me the other side,
I was as good as a atheist,
I was living for me, boy did I do that good.
But you need a SUPER NATURAL EXPERIENCE,
you do
Something you cant explain, but know its real.
God made himself very real to me.
Its a way of life for me.
its beyond faith, beyond the bible.
Its a relationship with God, thorough Christ, in the Holy Spirit.
You live on,
I will too.
