Happiness is the state of your mind. Happiness is a very relative term, it differs from person to person.
Start your day with a nice smile and thought, it will be helpful to give you positive energy to do things in your way which will bring Happiness to your mind.
If you want happiness at home, stop arguments, do things that are expected from you in a right way. It will please people and will give you peace of Mind.
Happiness at work place again depends on you, Doing your work with full concentration will yield better results which inturn will give you happiness.
Happiness is a chain of actions and thoughts. Never ask others for advise for happiness, its in your hands and your own acts.

You have to want to be happy first! I guess part of that is allowing new experiences and trying to take the pleasure from everything you do. After all, it is life. Nothing is handed to us. We take what we get. You need to try to appreciate the fact that you are on this planet and we never know how long we will stay. Enjoy the time you have here.

Happiness is every ware. It is basically in your mind. If you feel you are sad you will become sad. If you feel you are Happy you will be happy. For example if you feel you are bankrupt you are over. Maybe you should make a numbered "goals list" for which you want to accomplish before you die. It seems like a lot of people are trying things that they've always wanted to do, such as: learn a second language, go sky diving, having more patience. So...make one today!!!
