Jack Chick is a paranoid misanthrope who regards anyone who is a member of any other faith than his as fatally misled or outright evil. Much like many conservative Christian sects, anything different must be of the devil.
It is Chick's nonsensical cartoons that popularized the following tinfoil hat notions; That role-playing games were satanic recruitment tools; that a Pope will be ant Antichrist; that there is a global homosexual conspiracy to "convert" youths; that there is a global scientific conspiracy whose sole purpose is to discredit the Bible; that there are satanic cults kidnapping children by the hundreds for sacrifice and breeding purposes by said cults; that the Muslims are just stupis savages who will somehow fall in line behind the evil Pope of his nightmares, etc...
I can't imagine anyone taking these tracts seriously or converting because of them. There are plenty of evangelicals who use his mean-spirited comics to try to bring people into their churches, but I've never really heard of a great deal of success.
I've read a couple of his comics and seen that he contradicted himself twice or more in the same strip. And he's gotten worse with age.

I've seen a few. I spent a few weeks working a remittance processing department. Or, in laymen's terms, I sorted phone bills as they came in through the mail.
And sometimes, we would find included with the bill and payment a little Chick tract. Someone hoped that this tract would change someone's life in some anonymous way. I can't imagine it would work; we just laughed at how ridiculous and pathetic Chick's attempts were. But, I suppose that the type of people who find Chick tracts inspirational would fall for it.
And the tracts use a lot of fear and misinformation. That can be a powerful motivator for some people.

I have serious issues with the tone and legalism of most Chick tracts, and while tracts in general may get some people's attention, I think person-to-person relationship evangelism is much more effective.
I think flyers advertising Christian concerts and other such events are a much better way to draw people into relationships with Christians, since by going to those events they will actually meet real live Christians and then Christ won't be just some static historical figure they've heard about but that's about it. I've got a friend who books a lot of Christian bands in my town, and some of the flyers he's come up with have been a really great way to get people's attention. And especially since a lot of the bands are louder than your stereotypical pop-ish Christian musician, it draws a nontraditional crowd to hear the Gospel presented in a nontraditional way.

It's amazing someone capable of reading and writing would come up with crap like that. The funny thing is, the Bible doesn't even say anything about the 6000 year BS this tract would have you believe it says. That was something invented by Kabalists about 1000 years ago.

Mortality is a probationary time to enable man to repent and serve God—The fall brought temporal and spiritual death upon all mankind—Redemption comes through repentance—God himself atoneth for the sins of the world—Mercy is for those who repent—All others are subject to God’s justice—Mercy cometh because of the atonement—Only the truly penitent are saved.

I've seen those online but thankfully never in real life. Those have to be one of the stupidest things I've ever seen. Amazing that anyone would fall for that, not to mention scary that some people actually believe the lies printed in them.

1. She did not hand the tract out, she believes in evolution.
Evolution is not taught by the bible or Jesus.
The bible teaches that God created the heavens and the firmament or earth as we know it.
2. Its is a matter of what you believe, I choose to believe that the bible is the living word of God.
3. Open the eyes of your heart. a2J
