It's not only safe, it's smart. Oddly, a lot of people still don't realize wearing sunscreen regularly is important, regardless of the weather. Protecting your skin now saves it from difficult-to-reverse damage later.

Yes it is safe, in fact you SHOULD wear it all year. They make a lot of facial moisturizers that have SPF in them. Even on cloudy days the suns rays can damage your skin, so yes wear it! :)

Yes, wearing sun protection everyday is fine...
(as a licensed esthetician I would highly recommend it...I do)
