I have ADD and ashma so sometimes when I take my meds..either my heartrate speeds up or my chest gets tighter...making it hard to take deep breaths....was wondering if there was anything I could do..eat..drink..medication-non-prescription...that I could use to help me out.

You can squat down and act like your taking a bowl movement....i have tachycardia so this was one of the things they recommended to do when my heart-rate sped up...or you could try submersing your face in ice water...simulating drowning and your heart should slow down i hope this helps

I don't know, but if something is bothering you, or you feel nervous at times, you should not take ashma inhaler. Try to meditate, have a long walk in morning, try to relax your mind and free your self from everything. You will feel better. Take inhaler only when you feel taking, don't make it habit. You will feel better my friend.
