I experience self-esteem and depression. I suffer everyday silently, no one knows im blowing-up and jumping from a cliff from within my mind. It's getting harder to get up everyday. I manage people, work with important persons, coordinate events, manage budgets at a community health center, but i feel very little and insignificant. Help me.

Everyone feels like this at times, it is normal but you have to find an outlet. I myself have a lot of friends and At times I still feel lonely but b/c I enjoy living I take the good with the bad and try to do something that I like. Ask yourself when you are around people who do u enjoy being around? What do you like about yourself, and why do you like these characteristics? Do you believe in a higher power? (this may also help a great deal) Join a club or association that does not solely deal with work but with having tons of fun and laughter. I enjoy laughter so I surround my self with comedies and etc. If you find that you are seriously into depression then maybe professional intervention is needed?

dear u should change your atittude , it should be positive,
u should have gratitude 4 what u have and enjoing the life positive. forget what u dont have,
do practice within few days u will get change in yourself.

Try going to the gym and starting a workout program. Toning up and gaining strength will do much to help your self esteem.

perhaps you have a higher calling. you may be able to handle your work (and its no joke to handle people) but i think you are overqualified for the job. hitting the gym is a good idea. i am into boxing now and my goodness!!!! what a feeling!! gives a better perspective of life after releasing all those frustration and anger and lonliness. or maybe involve yourself to volunteer work that you like, in the orphanage perhaps. you'll be able to see life differently.

Get a girlfriend who isn't very independent. She will eventually become dependent on you, and you can help her and feel quite large and significant...like you have a purpose or someone to live for.

I agree with the first answer. Excersise is the best medicine and it does produce chemicals in your brain that your it needs to treat depression. Excersise is great!!(not that i do it).

talk to a psychologist or a therapist they will be able to help you and suggest something that may releive your symptons, maybe cognitive therapy or even some medications. good luck.
