Humble yourself. Do volunteer work at a local shelter. You will soon see the greatness in your life when you are confronted with people who have serious needs.

Keep in mind that the world owes you nothing.
That means you must work for yourself. The world will not do it for you.
It's a tough road. Consult with friends, where possible. The Internet can be a dangerous place to seek consolation. Let your friends know how you feel so they can help out.
I know it may seem cruel to remind people that the world owes nothing, but the world is a cruel place. You have to take the reins yourself to take control of your life.

You could try doing some kind of charity work. Get outside of yourself and help others who are in need. This can help by taking the focus of yourself.
and I agree with Azar - Jesus is the only one who can truly change you inside out

The world is indeed useless and does not satisfy. Our purpose is to praise and serve our Lord Jesus Christ, that is why he made us. You believe the world owes you some thing because all it has given. is useless. there is a void in every ones soul which only the Lord Jesus Christ can fill, the only satisfaction we can find in this life is to give it to another. He who tries to save their own life shall lose it, he who forsakes his life for my sake shall inherit ever lasting life.
try it cry out to Jesus, what do you got to lose?

It sounds like you could bebefit from talking to your minister if you have one, a really good friend you trust, or even a councelor or therapist. Until you resolve this problem you are not gonna be a very happy person, I've been there!

are you depressed? I suggest an exam at the doctor and ask for a referral to a counselor.

Being a Christian, you know my answer. Instead of trying to get back within yourself, try letting Jesus get in you.
