Are you talking about an injured mole?

Generally no.

I guess any injury in the skin can theoretically cause cancer as the skin regrows with scar tissue - you have certain cells that proliferate there and produce collagen to make the scar, but generally an intact immune system allows you to pick up any abnormalities and kill cancerous cells as they form.

No injury causes cancer. It might trigger something that in turn causes cancer, but really, just an injury alone will not cause it. It may, however, make it more likely to be found.

Can an injured, what?

Your use of the term "an injured" implies SOMETHING that has been injured in someway...unfortunately you don't tell us what has been injured.
