Well I see two possibilities for how to answer this question:
A) you're a 16 year old girl and have had bad relationships with guys.
Answer: get older
B) you're a mother/sibling of a 16 year old boy and are being annoyed by him.
Answer: ground him and/or go some place where he isn't

Are you trying to DATE a 16 yr old or RAISE a 16 yr old? If you are raising one - get him into a church with a strong youth group. If you are dating one make sure it's one who was raised with principles and values. They are still out there, just harder to find.
