No and if you are smart, you will get one. And use it SPARINGLY. Sometimes you can't rent a car, etc with out a credit card. And keep your balance so you can pay it off monthly.

Even if you could, it isn't a good idea. The problem is that if you use a credit card, you have to pay back the money you borrow against it, and if you don't pay it back immediately, you have to pay interest in addition to the money you borrowed in the first place. At 13, you can't earn enough to do that.

only if your mom does it for you. You need your mom's consent and she needs to sign papers and put it in your name otherwise you have to be 18 to get it yourself.
