If you believe a god or gods exist, you are a theist. If you think it bothers this god that you don't care about it, then you are a heretic. If you think a god exists but doesn't care what you believe, you are a deist of sorts.

You are condradicting yourself in that first sentence. Athiests do not believe in a higher power (God). Agnostics believe that there is a higher power, but do not claim to know anything about God. Agnostics aren't otherwise usually religious, but they believe that there is a God.
