As far as I know it does just drink it in moderation. Just depends on your taste buds if you like fresh ground or freeze dried.
Tea has antioxidants good for your body, both black and green tea are suitable. Have found green tea is good for suppressing afternoon chocolate/coffee cravings but have read not good to drink whilst pregnant? not sure why green tea is not good at this stage in life but I wasn't willing to take the risk for the sake of the baby and it was only for 9 months.

As a previous poster (j3m2g1) stated, putting coffee in the fridge will inhibit the natural oils of the beans. It's best to keep them in an air-tight container in a cool, dry, dark place... away from light and heat. Since coffee is porous, it's not a good idea to store the beans in the fridge since the beans can absorb other flavors from the fridge. You should never store coffee in the fridge. Freeze coffee only ONCE.
