Age is only the number of years you have lived. The events in your life, how you learned from them, and what you teach others in all that passing, experience is the only difference. know the difference between lust and love and you cant go wrong!

No not all . Its a great age difference. Cause people around the same age seems like they don't get along, Well my mom and dad or 10 years apart and they been married for a very long time. You are not that much older than he is . this isn't a problem. I would let my daughter date a guy that old at your age . You are a adult and you know what you are doing and plus if it don't bother you or him. then don't worry about anybody else. As long you are happy and happiness is the only thing that counts . Just go ahead a enjoy each other.

Well, I think only if you are not thinking of marriage right now. Most women mature faster than man. Some men don't reach their full maturity until about 25. They usually want to be a young person enjoying life, not weighed down at the age of 22. Give it a try, it could work out, everyone is different.

only maturity would be a factor. If that is similiar... than those 5 years shouldn't matter. A 22 and a 17 would be different ;)

Not at all. My father was 10 yrs older than my mother.

If it's the other way around that that's ok to.

You must do what's right for you. Some people are younger than their age and some more mature.
