I too turned gray early. There are no medications, no foods, no special powders which can prevent this - it is heredity, enbedded in your genes. I have now dyed my hair for over half my life (and I am in my 30s) ... you have a choice to grow gray or to cover it up through coloring. You'll decide, often on amonthly basis, how you feel about it. One day you may look in the mirror and decide to color it ... only decide that route if it is best for you, since chemicals are a rather big step. Good luck!

You could try going with the real close cut look. pretty much only stubble. The benefit is that you could cut it yourself with a pari of clippers. Or even better, get a girl to help you. It would be a bonding experience....lol.

It's hair, so it will grow back if you don't like it. You can dye it as it grows out so no one will notice. It might help to go to a professional the first time and ask what works best for your hair type.

If it were me and my hair was turning white I would first colour my hair medium brown, then 48 hous later I would dye my hair black.

The reason for all these different steps is, because I died my hair black and the white hairs turned slate grey, which I didn't like. So to get that natural look go through that first step.

dye your hair with the color you prefer. The growth of gray hair is actually genetic. No cure for that, except aesthetically.
