When you think of gaining weight, think of gaining it healthy by increasing your muscles volume not just adding fat tissues to your body. Here's some tips I can give.
>You have to eat 3 square meals a day and take good snacks in between .
>Eat foods with good nutritional values but with an increase the amount.
>Be sure to keep a balanced high caloric diet.
>A cup of milk in the morning and in the evening is good. Fruit juices are good as well. Anoid non-calpic drinks.
>Also add an extra carbohydrates diet preferably natural sources, starchy foods like potato, rice, bread,corn should be included in every meal.
>High protein like meat, fish, and poultry should be adequate too.
>Snacks in between meals should be taken but avoid junk foods.
>Adding a spoon of fat or butter will be helpful as well, just be sure not to take off the limits.
>Get adequate rest and sleep.
>Take additional amount of food if you have spent much energy in whatever activities you did.
>Live a comfortable life and get rid of yourself from worries.
>Regular exercise,about 30 minutes a day will help to keep your system healthy with minimized loss of energy.
> Drink adequate water.
>Drink healthy, avoid drugs, or smoking.
>Be sure that you are free from any diseases as the cause of lossing weight.
>Think positively and never do anything in overly manner like 'over eating' and 'over sleeping'.
>Never skip from important things that you are supposed to do like 'never exercising'.

maybe try Boost http://www.boost.com/ they sell a 6 pack at places like Walgreens for around 6 dollars --- the doctor recommended my sister take it because she was so underweight -- it's supposed to be a healthy way to gain weight

Consult a doctor or eat fatty foods and sit on ur bum all day and don't exercise. Yopu do ther opposite of trying to lose weight.

take alfalfa supplements. i had a friend that was extremely underweight and she started taking those and ate like a horse and it slowed her metabolism down enough to gain weight. it worked well. you can get them at any health store.
