I am a gas engineer,I often test boilers to ensure they do not produce CO[carbon monoxide],the permitted limit is 40 parts per million.Cigarettes produce between 130 and 200 ppm each, depending on make.Notification is mandatory but it also creates anxiety, thus encouraging you to smoke another to calm down.

I should think the box tells you the bunches of other carcinogens also in the smoke. I do hope you quit because I have had 4 people in my life die due to smoking - 3 from cancer & 1 from emphysema.
In many cases, cancer and emphysema cure smoking.
