There are still many online poker rooms that allow US players. Some allow US players from all states, while some only allow US players that do not reside in states that have an explicit law against online gambling (IL, IN, LA, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OR, SD, WA, WI).

Here is a current list of such sites, updated daily.

Best of luck!

Full Tilt Poker issued a statement vowing to continue to take deposits from U.S. players. I have played on this site for a few years and have had no bad dealings with them. Also, right now they have deposit bonus specials, 100% for 1st time and 50% for reload. UltimateBet also will continue taking deposits & has a 100% 1st time bonus. Full Contact Poker will still take U.S. Deposits.

I've done a full article reviewing the details of the so-called "Internet Gambling Ban". The page includes a link to all sites allowing American players.

There IS no ban! The Act Bush signed changes nothing. DON'T PANIC!!
