It varies from woman to woman.
And sometimes from weight loss to weight loss. (At times mine have shrunk. At others, they haven't.)
It seems that the more you have a tendancy to be top-heavy, the less likely they are to shrink when the rest of you does, too. Which kind of sucks: Those who would like more can't keep it, and those who would like less can't get rid of it. =/

That is the first place you will lose weight. Unless you are gifted and you are a big size even when you are skinny. i was a150 pounds and 5'9' and a size d cup. i gained weight and lost it and went right back to a d cup again. I guess I'm gifted.

I've gained and lost weight in my breasts. It wasn't that much, just enough that I had to buy some new bras. I wish they would retain their size with weight loss, though!

Depends. Some women get skinny as a rail and still have big boobs. Me, when I lose weight, that is the first thing that goes. My husband used to say he liked me pleasingly plump cause I still had my boobs but wasn't fat! lol. MEN!!!
