Believe it or not, it actually depends on the version of the product you are consuming -- such as whether it was bottled or served as a fountain drink. Here are the contents though, in a general sense as gathered from their corresponding websites.
In an 8 oz. serving:
Pepsi:
Sugars - 27 g.
Caffeine - 25 mg.
Coke Classic:
Carbs (sugar) - 27 g.
Caffeine - 23 mg.

Pepsi and Coke are about the same with caffeine and sugar. Really though, it depends on how much you drink. One or two every now and then won't hurt you, but don't overindulge, just take it easy.

isn't there caffeine unfastened Coke? besides, fountain Coke ought to have the comparable point as canned Coke, notwithstanding it relies upon on the fountain device being adjusted properly. some machines are a splash heavy on the syrup, some lighter.
