That sounds like a typical Baptist comment.
A much better question would be '
Why doesn't Yahoo Answers just delete Religion?
Most religious people seem to be intolerant of other's religion, whereas spiritual people tolertae all religions..
Also, it appears from the question that Baptists are not very spiritial, so you are correct - you are in the wrong section.

Fist of all if you are a Baptist what kind of witness is it to be slandering these folks for there views on Christianity and God. If they want to think this let them it is there own choice not yours. Most likely these people are not actively seeking to run you down into the ground because of your obviously warped take on christianity. Condeming someone for there religious believes is the worst way you can try to win someone over to your side with. All this does is puts them on the defensive right off the bat so they will not listen to anythingelse you have to say. The best way to win them over to christ is through love. Show them that you care about them and are genuinely interest in what is best for them and they will be more receptive to what you have to say. How often to you listen to people who tell you that your stupid or dumb witout even knowing you. By the way not all catholics are non christians I know quit a few who are christians that became christians through this denomination so do not automatically cataagories these people into one box. I do believe the catholic church is mileading alot of people but not all who are catholic are lost who will spread the truth if some of the believers do not stick around to tell them about Salvation and how to be saved. By the way just because you are baptist does not mean you are a christian. Being a christian is not just going to church on wednesday and sunday. It is a desciscion that you have to make to believe that christ died for sins on the cross and rose again on the third day. You also have to admit that you are a sinner and ask Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins and tehn turm from your ways of your old self and follw God. If you truly are a believer in Jesus Christ a born again christian then I would have to tell yu that you are a very poor witness and should rethink what you say to people if you are going to profees to be a beliver and give statements such as this one. Remember you will have to answer for all your sins one day.

If you have so many problems with these and other faiths then why come here?
I would say leave but then better yet, Hang around I think you and those like you just may be what brings us all together. Call it a common cause.

With this kind of attitude, what do you expect? and what exactly are you saying? If you are seeking wisdom this is not the place for it, and you should know that by now
People in religion and spirituality, (all together) have very negative views and platitudes, as this category is all mixed in, what do you expect, you have views from many and all different religions, religious people fight, real people don't. If you supposedly have the love of Christ in you, or know of it, why act this way? Is that what you were taught?
You should leave this category, as it is not for you, if you go to the other categories, perhaps you will continue to enjoy Y/A.

Why bother to mention the others. You would be enough reason to shut it down... IF it weren't because people have a right to exchange ideas and learn from others about one of the things that's moving the world: religions. If YOU don't want to stay, you know where the door is...

Bkz religion and spirituality is a real serious and deep matter... When I am faced with questions like that of religion and spirituality, I could not easily think of any logical answers. Why do I behave like this? Bkz i'm more at ease showing it in actions. I guess most of the people here in yahoo answers are just like me.

The reason why I think is because, people have a hard time actually going infront of people to talk about God and ask questions.
