Yes Allah is the creator of everything. Allah just means God in arabic. Muslims only believe in 1 God. Mohammad (PBUH) was a prophet. We believe that Jesus and Moses were prophets too along with others.

The word "ALLAH" simply means "the God". It is basically "AL" and "ILLA" combined. "AL" in Arabic means "the" and "ILLA" means "God". So it is "The God". This word comes from the original (Jesus' language) Aramaic. The word in Aramaic is "EL". It is also spelled as "AL" in the old Aramaic text. The word Elohim comes from this old Aramiac text also.
In fact the word ALLAH is the most appropriate word for God. The word "Allah" is genderless, and gramatically singular with no plurals at all. Since God is one and unique and is neither a man or a woman (check your old testament, and the Quran), the word "Allah" is the most becoming word for the Almightly.
The God of the Jews is the same God that Mulsims pray to, in other words. Christians on the other hand have a tirinitarian view of God which is a bit confusing even to the Christians, let alone to the Jews and the Muslims. But in the heart, the Christians too, are praying to the same one God defined in the Torah and explained in the Quran.

Allah is the name for the "God" in the Bible
Jews, Christians, and Muslims were all given the same message with additional teachings, its just that the Jews do not recognize Jesus or Muhammad as their prophets.
Christians believe Jesus was the son of God and the last prophet
Muslims believe that the Prophet Muhammad was the last prophet after many and the Jesus was a prophet, and man, and definitely not the son of God.
*that was not all the information needed to understandd the differences between the religions, but a simple description*

Zeus is the God of Gods and Father of Gods and men and Zeus is the God of the Bible and the God of all Christians.
Allah is mentioned in John 17:3 when a prayer is made to The Only True God.
Allah is The One Who begets not and is not begotten, and Allah is The Eternally sought of all.

In The Old Testament, The Name of God for Abraham is El, while Moses called his Lord as YHWH (read: elohim).
Jews put the addition "-him" to the word El for the purpose of respect and honor.
Muslims belief that their God is Allah, and in their prayers they called Allahumma. Note the similarities: YHWH Elohim and ya hua allahumma( o He, Allah).
(This is just based on what I've read, Please inform if I'm wrong)
God loves Abraham, the patriarchs and the children of Israel, Jesus and so He loves all of you, as you're willing to recognize Him as God.
Bible and Koran really have so much similarities, especially in historical events like the story of Abraham, Jacob, moses,Joseph and etc.
I view Judaism,Christianity and Islam as 3 windows, bringing the same light from the sun. These 3 religion have 1 same source, viz the God.

Well...it is obvious that most people here are Anti-Islamic and therefore Anti-Muslim. Otherwise they would not answer in such manner.
I just wonder if the people here realize that the faith they call Christianity had it's foundation built on the blood of the Jews, Muslims, Blacks, Native Americans and Hispanics which their pioneers and forefathers raped, murdered and butchered so that this Christian generation could rejoice and preach their religion of and respect for all.
Sorry for the lecture.
Peace be upon you all even if you are so prejudiced and bigoted towards Islam and the Muslims.

Allah is not the God of Bible. God of Bible never changes His words nor say lie. Allah says he canceled the Scriptures given to Children of Israel and Gospel gave to Christians.
This proves Allah is not the same God in Bible.

Yes. We believe jesus was a messenger of God, thus the message he brought would be that of "Allah"- which is just a name referring to God. All true monotheistic religions were the word of Allah (or God if you prefer)
