It is best, that you take-up your problem with Onkyo's Customer Care itself. The following link will connect you to their home-page - and depending on where you live, you can contact the relevant branch office :

I have installed a couple Onkyo receivers from crutchfield and all have worked flawlessly. Other products I've ordered from crutchfield and have had problems with they have taken care of right away. This is disappointing.

The only thing I can think of with Onkyo receivers is the power button on the unit and remote only turns off the unit. The standby button is the one that actually turns it on. This is kind of annoying and does throw some people off who repeatedly hit the power button to turn it on and it doesn't work.

First, make sure you have all connections
matched up correctly and secured properly.
It never hurts to double-check (or even triple-
check) your connections.

If this doesn't fix the problem, and Crutchfield
won't help you trouble-shoot, then contact
Onkyo for warranty help.
