I know a woman who always gets what she prays for. She does not make excuses for God or herself. When she prays, she gets 100% of everything she asks, 100% of the time.
I know it is hard to believe but it's true. People contact her from all over the world.
I suffered from panic attacks for many years. Doctors and medication could do nothing. I finally asked her (quite humbly) if she could do something. She cheerfully said yes. I don't know what she did, but I have never had a panic attack or symptom since that day.
I cannot get the results she gets.
She will be the first to admit that she is not particularly religious or good. She has no special calling or favor from God. She is an average woman. She learned to pray just like anyone else learns a trade or skill. She insists that absolutely anyone can do it. Unfortunately, I still can't.
Sometimes people scoff or laugh at when they are told of her. However, when things are hopeless, or when the doctor has given up, or when their child is sick or about to die, they usually end up weeping while they call her for help. They always get it.

After knowing her and seeing her succeed effortlessly and effectively every time she prays, I know it is possible.

SERVANTS of Jehovah are not only adept in using the Bible as a “sword of the spirit” in their public preaching but they also have a constant need to “carry on prayer on every occasion in spirit.” For this reason Jehovah’s witnesses are a praying people. Prayer is a prominent feature of their true worship of Jehovah today. By means of prayer they maintain direct personal relationship with God at all times. In every period of history it has been this warm, personal appeal to Jehovah by means of prayer that has distinguished Jehovah’s true worshipers from the apostates and pagans who in their imitation prayers feature formalisms and vanities of words. (Matt. 6:7) Moreover, the prayers of true worshipers are offered directly from the heart rather than being read from prayer books or aided by means of prayer beads or prayer wheels.

Ephesians 6-18 while with every form of prayer and supplication YOU carry on prayer on every occasion in spirit. And to that end keep awake with all constancy and with supplication in behalf of all the holy ones,

Philippians 4:6 Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let YOUR petitions be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard YOUR hearts and YOUR mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.

Proverbs 28:99 He that is turning his ear away from hearing the law—even his prayer is something detestable.

This is a pretty powerful prayer!

Colossians 1:9 On account of this we also, since the day we heard, do not cease praying for you, and asking that you may be filled with the full knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; 10 that you should walk worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit and increasing in the full knowledge of God; 11 being strengthened with all power, according to the might of His glory, for all endurance and longsuffering with joy; 12 giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in the light.

Well, God already knows what is in your heart, so the most powerful prayer would be the one that matches your words with your true heart. If you have trouble putting to words what you feel in your heart, the bible states that the holy spirit will interceed for you and lift up your prayer to God.

The Prayer for Salvation...

The Lord's prayer. Any prayer of intersession in the name of Jesus along with fasting. We don't really have to beg, though, our Father in Heaven knows what we need, just ask in faith, with praise and thanksgiving and you will receive His answer. Be aware that the prayer must be within God's will.

The one where you Trust God with ALL YOUR HEART! The words don't matter as much as the condition of your heart!
Mark 11:24
Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
Mark 11:23
For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
Proverbs 3:5
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;

The bible says in James 5:16

Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.

Try looking in Harry Potter books. You can find really powerful spells in there. (You may even be able to commute by broom.)
