snack-patchi mirapakaya bajji

Ingredients:
green chillies(patchi mirchi) - 10-same size
ajwain (oam) - 2tbsp
dessicated coconut powder - 1½tbsp
salt - 1½tbsp
lemon juice - 1tbsp
chick-peas powder - 1tsp
Besan(gram flour) - 300gms
water - as required
oil - deep fry
maida(allpurpose flour) - 1tbsp

Method:
slit the chillies,remove seeds and keep them at least ½ hour in salted hot water. meanwhile prepare the stuffing. grind ajwain coarsely,add chickpeas powder,salt coconut lemon juice to a creamy paste.keep aside. prepare besan batter. remove all chillies from water,drain them completely. stuff the above masala in every chilli & dip them in besan batter & deep fry till golden brown. eat hot with tomato ketchup.yummy..!

Buy one packet "Bajji Mix" powder. Mix one cup of this powder with water in a open bowl to paste consistency. Long green chillies about 6...Just slit open a chillie length-wise, dip it in the the paste, and deep fry.
When just golden brown, remove it from oil, with a perforated ladle, and
just wait till you are sure that the tongue will not burn if you take a bite.

Ingredients:
Mirchi (dodumirchi)
Besan (chenagapindi)-200gms
Corn flour-1tsp
salt -as required

Method:
Wash mirchis well and boil in water for sometime after cutting in middle of the mirchi with knife like a line ok. (chilchadam ani antaru ) now u mix besan, salt ,corn flour with little water as required for that .
Boil the oil and put one mirchi in the mix which u made and put in the oil and take it out after turning it light brown colour .u can put at a time 2-3 mirchi depending on th bowl u take.

spicy greenchillys,besan,salt,redchilly pd,soda 1/2tsp,oil to fry.
in a bowl put besan,salt, red chilly pd and soda add water and make thick batter.wash green chillys. dip chilly in besan and fry.
