yeh i think it would be totally possible. he would fall in love with the person she is. he would be able to look past her outside and fall for the person that she is. but it would never work, cos we all have a need for physical intimacy and he just wouldnt be attracted to her.

if he is homosexual he only like guys, if he likes a girl then he is bisexual.
however, i get what you are asking, and I dont think a gay guy can fall for a girl, i think if he does, he is just experimenting to make sure he is gay.

If he is a homosexual who likes girls then that no longer means he is a homosexual. He is now bisexual. So no, a true homosexual could not fall for a girl, but a bisexual could!
