I think the point was to get people to consider what if theres a chance I'm wrong in regard to spiritual things. A bit like Pascals Wager (you can look this up on wikipedia if you haven't seen it before).

asking unbelievers 'What if there was a chance (even if it was only a 1% chance) that Jesus spoke the truth and you are on your way to judgement - would you stop and consider the consequences and take action?

Weighing up the consequences of your decisions on the chance (even if small) that you have made a mistake.

When I read that question I think about people who don't take the sure way to Heaven as revealed in the Bible.

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

A lot of people think that if they just live a good life and the good things that they do outweigh the bad things that they have done then God will provide a place for them in Heaven. Or they think that if they just believe in God but don't belong to Jesus then they are OK. That's not what the Bible teaches and people like that are risking their eternal destiny on what they think instead of what God has said to mankind through his prophets, his Son, and his written word.

The poster was trying to get atheists to say, ohh no I wouldn't want to risk getting in a car accident or whatever if there was a risk. Then they would point out that there was also a risk of not believing in God.

She was trying to say that if there is even a small chance that god and hell exist, shouldn't you believe? Cause after all, if you thought there was even a small chance you would get in a car crash or be murdered you wouldn't drive or leave your house, right?

It seems to be aimed at attempting to find out weather non-Christians fear death enough to over-react to danger.

The point of wanting to know the answers to that...? Who knows.

I don't know. Something about fear of death, but it made no sense. I kind of like how it made no sense. Fun, in a way.

I think this question was to think about how important your life is to you and to think about your choices.
