Every meal plan I find has crazy stuff that I don't like. I'm really pickey and I don't like most of the items in most meal plans. I don't like onions and mushrooms and pepers and vinager oil on sailds or stuf like that.

Eat small portions of the healthy foods you like. Not knowing what you like makes it very difficult to recommend certain foods or meals. Just think about the foods that you do enjoy, and figure out how many calories they have, and work them into a 1400 calorie diet plan.

I don't like that stuff either. I just make up a list of the stuff I want to eat and then write it down in a notebook as you eat it. Then I go to this website called calorieking.com and you can type in any food (even restaurant food) and it will tell you the caloric value for the food. Tally up the caloric values for the foods on your list and then you can keep track of it on a daily basis and just don't go over your limit. Good luck!

Look into weight watchers - there are recipes that are easy to follow. Also look into the ADA diet - (Diabetic Association) again, there are recipes and such you can alter as you need to. Hope this helps -
