the truth that draws a tear, because once you tell one lie, you have to keep lying to cover the one lie you started with,and if you tell the truth, even though it might hurt, then people will know that in the long run, they can always trust you

both. the world is not black and white only. most of the time we have "gray" areas. and your question falls in between the cracks -- so to speak. there is a time for a "lie" to give false hopes or to encourage hope! and there is a time for the truth --when truth is obvious and inevitable. hope it helps.

if the ie is a little white lie then yes thats fine.....sometimes the truth hurts depending on what it's about... dont know...a lie i guess
