I heard something about sex increasing your heart rate which opens the capillaries in your brain and increases circulation, the increased blood flow is supposed to alleviate the pain associated with a headache.

i honestly think it does.. when i have a really bad headache my hubby and i go at it for a while and it seems to either take my mind off it or get rid of it..

Yes, but only temporally. And this is assuming you enjoy sex, other wise it has been known to trigger them.
