I am in love with this man and feel so lost without him. We had a short term relationship at one time and it was like being in heaven. We both were in love and still are but the timing was really bad due to unforseen circumstances. He lives close by and I see him occationally from a distance. I know that he is not involved with anyone right now and don't want to miss another opportunity to be with him but I don't want to come on too strong. I really just want to start off by doing alittle somethin' somethin' to let him know that my feelings haven't changed over the last couple of years and that they never will. I know that we were meant for each other and I know that theres nothing I wouldn't do to be with him. How about flowers and a card del with a small note? I dont really know what kind of things guys like besides cars and I want it to be personal and sensual and sencere. Any ideas??

Would it be out of line to invite him for dinner? Toss in the idea of a card game if this seems to strong. Imagine if you will. Softly playing is a sing you know he enjoys and the rooms have a faint scent from a candle lit in the living room. The smell of a nice dish tantalizes from the kitchen.
Can we toss in a glass of wine before dinner? Personally I love it when a woman dolls up before going out but when at home there is nothing like the simplicity of a oversized shirt or sweater and some nice fitting sweat pants.
What I am offering is to keep it comfortable. Let the mood slowly find itself as the night progresses. You can play on his senses one at a time. Listen to his words closely, for if you are right, he will offer something. See if you can have him offering the first real words as you are seemingly just being a wonderful friend. He will be feeding upon your responses to everything he says.

Darlin ....whats so wrong with the idea of appraoching him the same way you did us ? If you 2 cant speak to one another about your feelings the way that you just did then what chance would you ever have if you were together , ????? Skip the flowers and card though , or at least the flowers , There was a previous answer about an intimate dinner , which was prety good , but why be subtle like ask him to play cardds , you need to be able to put your own cards on the table and if you cant do it in person or on the phone then a card would work , but not some beat around the bush type , you need to find out if he feels the same one way or another , so why not just straight up ... look I still love you , always have and always will , do you ever think about the two of us trying it again , because I would give anything to try , one more time ..... ?????

I have no clue as to why a woman/woman could opt for to admire somebody who has a hatred for them. i can assert with none hesitation that i don't and would not admire considered one of those guy or woman.
