That's a very serious problem. You need to take him to a pediatrician immediately, and probably to a neurologist to find out why he's having these shakes. They could be a form of seizure. I've also read that it may be a sign of pediatric stroke. TAKE HIM TO A DOCTOR.

"growing pains" It happens because there little body's are growing, and when they lay down they can loose some circulation. THERE IS SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN DO! the approach to take would be , MINERALS (the sports one is flavored or else i think that there are others that are flavored) AND EFA dietary supplements from a company called American Longevity, phone#1-800-982-3189 2400 Boswell Road, chula vista, California 91914 also for his age you should be very careful about the amount of the mineral supplements do not exceed more then one teaspoon a day, also don't forget about vitamins, the vitamin product that i use is called E 7 (essential seven, my family is well acquainted with the doctor that started the company his name is Dr. William R Kellas, PH.D.) the telephone number is 1(888) 737-7307 give your son a small amount of one scoop (1/5th of one scoop) . if you do some study about what exactly it is that all of these different vitamins and minerals PURPOSE INSIDE OR BODY'S is you will probably figure out that they can help to elevate ALMOST all symptoms of ill health, there is a audio tape about minerals called "dead doctors don't lie" call 1800-982-3189 to order IMPROVE HIS BEHAVIOR

Seriously I would take my child to a chiropractor. Your 4 year old may have a pinched nerve in their spine that is affecting the shaking in their hand and foot. A simple adjustment without the use of drugs could alleviate the problem and give you a good nights sleep. It's worth checking into. If this is the case and it is ignored it could turn into a serious long term problem.

good luck

All metaphysical systems (magic ,, magicks ,, ancient religions ,, witch craft)(their knowledges) have a cure for this ,, exact condition.

Choose a system you are comfortable with ,, and comfortable with the people. I reccomend your local sect , among your friends. OR any oracle ,, Hindu , Buddhist or Tao. Follow the instructions ,, walla ! Good as new.

Avoid any "requirement" and "initaitions". Get it free ,, or there's a "donation box". Or whatever.

,, If you go to Church ,, "steal" some of the Holy water (they won't mind , at all.) or ask for it. Use it as and how you like.

I , bet all this happens at exactly the same hour of the night. ? And the doctor has said , that there is nothing wrong with him..

If I were you, I would be calling his pediatrician. It sounds like an important issue that a doctor should be consulted on. There is also an awsome website for parents called Babycenter.com. There is just about any problem someone has had with their children and other parents' experiences, even advice from professionals.

My girl does this. Her doctor said it was "growing pains" He said there is nothing you can do. It happens, because there bodys are growing, and when they lay down they loose circulation. I hate it when my girl does this too. But there is nothing youcan do exept rub it out. I would ask your ped. Jst to be sure, but that is what my daughter does. good luck

You should take him to his pediatrician. It might be some sort of seizure, or it could be night terrors. Whatever the case, the doctor can evaluate the problem and tell you what to do about your little boy's problem.

I think he might being having night terrors, children get them when something has been bothering them. Something in his dream might be so real to him that he thinks it is on his hand or foot, they usually have the same dream over and over.
