beautiful. since it is in spring, you will be able to incorporate a lot of bright flowers into your ceremony and bouquets. i think you should choose these unique colors, especially if it represents your lively personality. do what you want, because this is YOUR day. don't lose sight of that.

I worked at a florist until about 3 months ago, and the last wedding I did their was in those colors and it was one of the prettiest ones Ive seen. She used purple roses, white other flowers, and these turquoise tinted orchids and it was sooooo pretty, I say go for it!

well purple is my favorite color so i would have to say that sounds great! but coming from someone who is in the process of planning a wedding also, before you settle on your colors go to your rental place and check out their linens because they don't always have the shades that you are looking for! if you get your heart set on something and they don't offer it you just get frustrated and then you have to start from scratch or settle with something that doesn't make you happy! GOOD LUCK

How does it sound to you? Remember this is your wedding make it your dream. Have fun don't stress! This is a happy occasion. When you are no longer having fun it's because you are too busy pleasing everyone else except yourself and your dreams!! And by the way Congrats !!

My opinion, no. I think a turquoise and dark blue would be ok or Lavendar and purple. I like mixing one light tone with a dark tone but similar shades.

sounds pretty... just make sure the shades match..... like you don't want a super bright turquoise and then a super pale lavender. You want them to have the equal brightness or paleness but it does sound very pretty and different!

I'm sorry, but it seems like a little too much color to me. They are both beautiful colors, but together, I think it might be too much. Pick on and then have a more neutral color to go with it. Just my opinion, you need to do what you want of course.

Turqouise would be absolutely beautiful. I'm not too fond of the lavendar, though. What about silver? Or even champagne?
