I don't believe in the one-size-fits-all 8 glasses a day recommendation. I suggest to my patients that they drink 0.5 oz per pound of body weight each day (e.g., for a 160 lb person that would be 80 oz). More if they are exercising strenuously or they are dealing with very hot weather.

Caffeinated beverages don't count because they cause increased urine production making them a wash.

The quick answer is this: At least 2 or 3 litres of clean water per day. More in summer or when it's hot.

About 6-8 Glassed of water per day 8oz per glass

I will make it simple, We need 8 glasses of water to keep our self fit! remember, even if we don't drink 8 glass we still end up somewhere near as most food contains water!

8 full glasses...that's what I have always been told make sure you at least have 3 full glasses or your kidneys will kick the bucket. Kind of like my left one...I always knew there was something fishy going on, hehe oh well.

at least 8 full glasses is the standard requirment but if u can have more do so. its really great for hydrating your body and flushing out toxins so drink up!!

I drink like 3-4 and I'm fine but I also drink blood so probally like 5 glasses. But it depends on how much you weigh.

What is healthy is healthy when the drink you consume content chemicals (like chlorine) that cannot be cleared off?
