false accusations are a serious offense
as is child abuse . . .
Get an attorney and go step by step through the legal process.
Ranting about the injustice will cause you to lose credibility.

All the other thumbs up seem to concur with how I feel about this. You've obviously done something wrong. Here is my observation: First, would you rather someone report a suspicious mark on a child or ignore it and potentially allow that child to be abused more than he/she may be now. Second, you stated they reported "burns" on your child. You stated that you are using "cupping" which means you heat a cup and place it on the skin which creats a vacuum. IF someone saw what they thought were burns, YOU were obviously doing this "cupping" the WRONG way. I know what cupping is, and it's nothing more than crap. You are obviously burning your child by heating the cup way more than it should be. If you are going to try "cultural" medicine then at least do it the right way. DCFS SHOULD have a case on you because I seriously doubt this will be the last time they hear about your children. Take them to a real doctor and stop playing with their health. Your in America now, not some 3rd world country. We do have REAL doctors and REAL medicine. Don't hide behind culture for what you did to your child. I have never seen any cultural medicinal practices that left a child scared. When harm occurs because of cultural medicine it is usually because the person performing it is an idiot and doesnt know what they're doing in the first place. I'm suprised you didn't state something about religion in your statement!!

Because the law usually sides with the birth mother, it is difficult enough for a father to see their children without any accusations. The first thing would be to step outside of the situation and to see it in detail (non-biased) from the outside. That is the only way you can think clearly and see exactly what it is from the outside...and you got to be honest with yourself or it's kind of pointless.
Then, I would get a lawyer involved... One who specializes in domestic issues like...visitation rights etc.
No matter how much you do however, if the mother is this selfish or protective (because I don't know the whole story) she can always disconnect communications.

I am going to tell you one thing. With you being accused of crimes in this offense is hard for any one to believe you. Yes you may be telling the truth, not everyone out there is horrible, but in one sense we really have one story to stand by. It will be very difficult for you to do this on your own. If you were charged with these crimes then you may not have a chance. I would talk to a lawyer and see what they can do about your situation. I will tell you though normally the mother will always win. Yes it is unfair, but that it true. Running away with a child is worse on the child than it in on the parents. Keep talking to police and to lawyers. They are the only ones really able to help you with this problem. Good luck

First off- your ex has to prove that you are a drug dealer and child abuser. Secondly- in order to have any rights to your daughter you have to be on the birth certificate and some kind of legal document saying you have shared custody of your daughter. You need to go to the courts and they can help you. Good luck with everything.

Damn that sucks.I don't know how the can not call it kidnapping if the courts have not given her full custody which still requires visitation with a social worker present.Call the local news, we have reporters here that get people on the ball by exposing their inept ability to their job.Scream from the hill tops, go to court and file a civil action.Let them know you are not gonna just let it go and that they are expected to do their job "Protect and Serve". Good luck and God Bless. Don't give up. I know its hard but you can do this! Picket in front of the courthouse, have your friends come and picket.Make your presence known.

Get an attorney. Have a guardian ad litem appointed, sue her for custody. The guardian ad litem is the child's lawyer and will offer advice to the court where the child would best be placed. You, the Mother, or neither. Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act.

Unfortunately you need the advice of an attoureny and to take this to a family court. They can work it out there. Unfortunately this happens all the time. Do you see all those kids everywhere reported missing and they have last been seen with parents? Well look on the net and see if you can find a group of people like that to advise you and take this to family court.

You should have a child custody agreement. This should include visitation. If it doesn't then you need to get a lawyer. If you pay child support then they should be able to ammend visitation rights. Read threw your paper work, then contact a laywer. YOu might only get supervised visitation, but it is better than nothing right now. good luck and don't give up that is your baby.

you should be seeking custody of your daughter. She will have to prove these accusations in a court of law. You must be prepared to also prove that she is unstable. If she does not have legal custody then yes it is kidnapping she can not move out of state/country without your permission, this is abduction.
