Face:
Face washed with Cutecura original soap ONLY.
Use Wash-n-Dry wipes if face is oily and can't wash with Cutacura.

Hair:
DHS Zinc shampoo.
If severe oilyness: Pre mix 1/2 Cepecol mouthwash and 1/2 witch hazel. Mix above with a ratio of 2/3 to 1/3 WARM water and rinse hair.

All non-prescription. Might be tough to find.

Dr. Murad’s Acne Complex says that 3 simple steps, 2 times a day can reduce and clear your skin in 4 weeks. Seeing the popularity of Acne Complex one can understand that Acne Complex is certainly effective.

In the Acne Complex kit there are 3 items. A Clarifying Cleanser, an Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel and a Skin Perfecting Lotion. The direction of use is given in the Acne Complex kit. Otherwise you can learn it on the website of Acne Complex. You can even order Acne Complex from their website too.

I have tried a lot of thing but I really like Neutrogena Advanced Solutions it works really good. It drys out your skin at first then clears up.
I have really oily skin in some spots and dry in other.
I think proactive is a waste of money it did not work at all for me I tried it for 2 months. But it might work for other people.

it depends on what type of acne you have. Oddly enough, the worst looking type, is actually the easiest to clear up. Since you have adult acne, if it isnt the cystic type, it usually takes anywhere from 4 to 6 months to clear up.
