Probably some puppy mill that 'invents' new breeds & sells them to unsuspecting fools. Like folks who pay $700 for a cockapoo. There's no such thing. Labradoodle, schnoodle, & so on. Tons of cute pups at your local shelter. At least go & take a look. You may find a friend & fall in love!

There should be no such breeder. A Bichon/ Shih Tzu cross is a mutt. Find one in a shelter and save yourself $600 and a headache.

BYB(back yard breeders, not reputable breeders, raise mixed breeds. They do it for one reason only, to scam people and make big bucks. Go to the pound and adopt a dog there.
