He probably got something up his nostrils that is irritating him. We sneeze to remove foreign matter from our nostrils. There could be other reaons as well, but if he continues sneezing, take him to your vet for further advice and/or treatment. In my experience, if your beagle has had all his shots, etc. he will stop sneezing in a day or so. My neighbor's dog sneezes when she gets grass in her nose. Funny to see. She loves grass but is allergic to some of it.

I had a beagle and since they are a "Hound" breed, they notoriously have their nose to the ground. If your dog is sneezing uncontrollably in a fit that continues in this manner, it would be extremely wise of you to take your pet to your Vet.
Many times small barb-like weeds known as "fox tails" get caught in the snouts of such dogs. This can be extremely dangerous if left...fatal.

Do you live in an area where there are dry foxtails? They can become trapped in a dogs nose making them sneeze (a lot). You need a vet to get them out.

Dogs get allergies too, or could be a cold. Check if his nose is cool moist, that is good. If warm and dry this is a fever and you may need to see a vet.
