I was in a car wreck and have a huge scar down my chest about a foot long and a couple little scars when I was in the hosp i asked the doc what i could use he said just get some cheap Vitamin E he said it works just as good as the expensive stuff. Of course i tried every thing but I think it does all work just the same.

Topical treatments, such as vitamin E, cocoa butter cream, and several commercial skin care products like Mederma are available over-the-counter with the claim to help heal scars. While these products may work for some people, the evidence supporting the effectiveness of these treatments is unclear.

it's not a cream... it's "rose hip oil"...
my aunt's caesarian scar was totally erased in just 2 months.
she applied it twice everyday.
and she advised my sister to use it to remove my sister's stretchmarks after giving birth. it's effective.
