If I bought a 19in lcd computer display how could i hack it so I could watch tv on it?

If possible, it would be a great way to watch tv without having to spend hundreds on a lcd tv...

I have an ati all in wonder video card. It is great for games too.
You can also buy a tuner that plugs into your usb port for $60 but not as good as the all in wonder.
