Hello there ,
Loosing weight is like stop smoking , more easy to say than to do ...........
They say that you have to try up to 10 times before you actually stop smoking , that is the truth , I did it , but.I also loose all my over weight , it has not be easy but it is possible.....
Remember no pain ....No gain ........ remember also that in the gym we , ( I say "WE" because today I am everyday at the Gym and that for the past 10 years) It is a " routine" that mean that it is a thing that you do everyday ..The more funny about it is that when you're in it , you actually enjoy it and cannot do without it..!!!
The hardest part is to do the first 3 months , Take a photo of yourself day 1 and 1 photo every month ther after & compare , watch your progresses ,If you have the guts to hold it for 3 months you're a winner and I can tell you that you will love the new you......... Dont do to much , one day at the time and do not binge yourself on cheap food , eat a lot of fruits and veges , green veges as much you like . Good luck my friend and as say the French " bon courage " you need it but you are missing something , you are unhappy and want to slim , You are already half way there ...........
I will think about you ....
I am sure that you can do it , maybe get a friend that like you need it , if I could I would help you myself because I know how hard it is to start

First you want to start off small. Eat only 2000 calories a day. No more, no less. Break it in to smaller meals of about 5 to 6 meals a day. Stay away from processed foods. If it's anything that was made with chemicals or was made by mashing a bunch of crap together (anything unatural), then it's processed. Stay away from saturated fats. An excersise you'll want to try is swimming. It's one of the best total body workouts you can get. If you don't like that then try cycling. And of course theres always a good old fashion run. Lifting weights burn more calories than straight cardio, but I don't think your goal is to get big, so stick with it. I have also used this stuff called lipo 6. It's a diet pill, but you have to take it with a multi vitamin. Lastly, drink LOTS of water. About a gallon over the entire day. Also, check out this website; www.crossfit.com. It has tons of excersises that will kick your but.

well for starters dont starve yourself because that will make your body retain weight more as a survival instinct. Eat as much fruit and veggies as you like and I do mean any and as much as you like....you will not be likely to binge eat or eat junk food if you are never hungry and dont forget to have 3 serving of milk or milk products a day. You could try belly dance classes or some instructional dvd on this. You could also get an excercise ball which is good. also a trampoline is an upbeat an somewhat entertaining way to burn fat and calories..............................ps had to add after I read some recent postings.....what is your goal weight(normal weight) ? Multiply that weight by 10 and that is your target calorie count for the day, this will be the same calorie count used to also maintain your goal weight. If you ate 2,000 calories that would mean you would be trying to get down to 200 pounds or are trying to maintain 200 pounds and I doubt you would want that so in all honestly crunch your numbers and find it out.

The Best Exercises To Lose Weight
Exercise that pushes your heart rate closest to your targeted heart rate is the most suitable exercise to get rid of fat. You should exercise with sufficient intensity to raise your pulse rate, which in turn speeds up the fat loss process. The exercises that bring your heart rate close to your targeted heart rate will boost your metabolism, which will lead to fat loss.Besides, making you look better, weight loss offers hosts of other health benefits. When you reduce 10-15% of your weight, your chances of suffering from heart attack, diabetes as well as cholesterol levels go down. Hence if you are thinking of getting started, the best time to get started is now.Commitment is the most crucial factor to get any exercise program started.
Do cardio exercises for 30-60 minutes at least 3-4 times per week. Regularly working out for a month will increase your energy levels, improve your mood and reduce your waist size. Commitment will also help you to choose the best exercise that will aid your fat loss.Vary your exercise routine. This will make your workout exciting, thus increasing your motivation. Choose any exercise to burn fat. The most popular types of exercises are running, walking, hiking, playing basketball etc. But ensure that you do this chosen activity with enough intensity to raise your heart rate. You can also choose a combination of two or more activities.
For maximum fat loss, get a full body workout. This means adding a weight training session to your workout. Choose a combination or either walking, jogging or running and weight training to tighten the arms and shoulders to make it a total workout. Select a few exercises you love and then alternate them to get a routine that will excite you. This ensures you will remain at it for a long time.

Exercising is the best way to burn fat and stay healthy. For long term fat loss, the exercise program should consist of a combination of weight training and aerobic exercises. For a fat loss program, weight training exercises should be done first so that the carbohydrates and glycogen in the body are used up. This also forces the body to conserve and build muscle. After weight training, you should do aerobic exercises. More information on exercises to loose weight is available at http://tinyurl.com/jax5h
